Mexican handcrafts and have a terrace that offers a beautiful view of Acapulco.
Acapulco is only 20 Min away with schools, supermarkets and night clubs. Nearby of the
villa are a catholic and a Christian church, schools, shops and car mechanic. At a 10
minutes’ drive you will find the most beautiful tropical landscape around a sweet water
lagoon and a river that you can explore by boat.
There are 4 sceptic tanks, 2 for grey water, 2 x 1100 liters freshwater tanks and a private
well with a solar pump working with 3 solar panels and an electrical pump to back up . The
electric installation is from 2009 with 2 phases and 2 regulators for the whole property, a
